Employer & Recruitment Agency Steps

To begin with, the employer and M/s Samad Consultancy Services execute an agency agreement between them stating the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This contract should be signed by both parties.

1. Agency Agreement
Employer

Employer and M/s Samad Consultancy Services execute an agency agreement stating terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. Both parties sign the contract to accept the stated terms.

2. Employer Registration
Employer

For recruitment of manpower from India, employer must get registered by the Indian Mission. Employer registers online on the eMigrate system (eMigrate.gov.in), fills the Employer Registration form, uploads required documents, then submits the signed PDF Application Form with documents to the respective Indian Mission in the employer’s country.

3. Raise of Demand (eMigrate)
Employer

Registered employer/principal raises demand for required categories and number of workers on eMigrate in favour of M/s Samad Consultancy Services (RA code RA5450719) and provides DM number, system generated Demand Letter & Power of Attorney on company letterhead for acknowledgment.

4. Demand Acknowledgment
Recruitment Agency (RA)

After receiving DM number and system generated Demand Letter & Power of Attorney, we acknowledge the demand on eMigrate. Only after this, we proceed with interview permission, emigration clearance and deployment process.

5. Selection of Emigrant Worker
RA + Employer

Selection may be by oral test, practical test, or both, conducted by employer or authorized representatives. We arrange accommodation, transport, and logistics. If entrusted, we conduct selection/testing with technical experts under recruitment specialists’ supervision.

6. Medical Check-up
RA

After final selection, candidates undergo medical check-up at embassy-approved panel medical centres of the employment country.

7. Application for Visa / Stamping
Employer + RA

For selected candidates, we receive visa from the employer. For some countries, visa is stamped at respective Consulate/High Commission/Designated Visa Processing Centre.

8. Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT)
Government (PDOT)

Emigrant worker undergoes PDOT at designated centre as per Government of India and receives PDOT Certificate after completion.

9. Emigration (eMigrate)
RA + Employer + Worker

Employer sends signed Individual Employment Contract generated from eMigrate by filling visa and necessary details. Contract is signed by Employer, RA, and the emigrant worker. RA applies for emigration on eMigrate with PDOT Certificate and receives emigration clearance from Government of India.

10. Ticketing
Employer / RA

Employer may send joining ticket or remit travelling expenses in favour of M/s Samad Consultancy Services to facilitate travel as scheduled.

11. Orientation Before Departure
RA / Foreign Employer

M/s Samad Consultancy Services and/or foreign employer provides brief orientation before travel. Workers are informed about duties, responsibilities, environment, and labour laws of the destination country for successful deployment.
