Follow the Law and Company Rules
  • Obey applicable laws, labour/immigration rules, and Company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide true information in all business activities.
Be Honest and Fair
  • Do not misrepresent services, documents, candidates, or commitments.
  • Treat all clients, candidates, vendors, and coworkers with respect.
Avoid Conflicts of Interest
  • Do not use your position for personal benefit.
  • If you or your relatives have a connection with a vendor/client/partner, disclose it immediately and do not take part in decisions related to it.
Gifts and Hospitality
  • Never give or accept bribes, cash, or improper benefits.
  • Only modest, customary gifts/hospitality are allowed if they don’t influence decisions.
Protect Confidential Information
  • Keep Company, client, and candidate information confidential.
  • Do not share passwords, documents, medical reports, passport details, contracts, or internal plans without authorization.
Use Company Assets Properly
  • Use Company property, systems, and data only for legitimate work.
  • Prevent misuse, theft, or damage. Return assets when leaving.
Safe and Respectful Workplace
  • We maintain a safe workplace and zero tolerance for harassment.
  • Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. Complaints will be handled as per POSH requirements.

Speak Up (Whistleblowing)

Report any illegal, unethical, or suspicious activity without fear. Good-faith reporting is protected and retaliation is prohibited.
