ZERO COST RECRUITMENT POLICY

Our Company SAMAD CONSULTANCY SERVICES believes that hiring qualified individuals to fill various positions contributes to the overall success of the Company. The Company will comply with all relevant labor regulations and principles relating to employment.

Objective

This policy provides clarity and transparency on the processes of hiring or legalizing migrant workers. It also ensures that any forced, bonded, indentured, involuntary prison labor, or slavery is strictly prohibited in recruitment. We follow guidance built by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) and relevant international human rights and labour standards and frameworks on international migration.

General Requirements

The Company will ensure all recruited migrant workers in the Company Premises:

  • Citizen of India
  • Aged 18 years old and above
  • Provide documentary evidence such as ID card and Passports

Zero Recruitment Fees and Cost

The Company implements Zero Recruitment Fees for new hiring. Migrant workers shall not be required to pay employers’ or agents’ recruitment fees or other related fees for their employment.

The Company shall maintain adequate controls to ensure that workers have not been charged recruitment or placement fees during their recruitment process.

The Company states that the employer is responsible for the cost of workers’ total recruitment fees and related costs whether incurred in the origin country or the receiving country, and will pay these costs to recruitment agents as appropriate after a worker has accepted a job offer.

No monetary or non-monetary deposit is collected from any foreign worker as part of the hiring process.

Official Costs Not Collected

SAMAD CONSULTANCY SERVICES shall not collect the following official costs for the recruitment of migrant workers to Malaysia or any country where the zero cost recruitment policy applies:

  1. Levy
  2. Visa (multiple entry / visa with reference)
  3. Visa Processing Fee
  4. Visit Pass (PLKS)
  5. Assurance bond
  6. Attestation Fee
  7. Agency Service Charge / Agency Recruitment Service Charge Fee
  8. Medical examination (Medical Examination at recruited Country)
  9. Foreign Workers Management Systems (Bestinet) / online medical / e Recruitment Module (MiGRAMS) / any kind of Online or Manual recruitment process by the employer at recruiting country
  10. Processing Fee
  11. Visa Fee
  12. Immigration Security Clearance
  13. One Stop Centre fees
  14. Any form of taxes levied by Government of India
  15. Air Ticket
  16. Medical examination (In India)
  17. Transportation, Food, Accommodation – during process following selection
  18. Transportation, Food, Accommodation – to point of departure/airport
  19. Pre-departure training (source country)
  20. Passport & other ID
  21. Transport to Airport
  22. Welfare fund
  23. Insurance

Compliance & Review

We, SAMAD CONSULTANCY SERVICES, ensure that we follow and strictly adhere to rules & regulations, terms and conditions, and SOP by the Government of India and the migrated country where the workers are being recruited. This policy is subject to periodical review.
