Founded in 2013 after years of vision and dedication, we have remained committed to empowering youth and aspirants through training and placement services. After five years of steady progress, we proudly received our International Placement Registration in 2018. Since then, we have strengthened our capabilities through wider networks, improved standards, and a firm commitment to ethical and transparent recruitment.

Our Promise

We take full responsibility for up to three months of the probation period for the performance, behavior, and productivity of workers selected through Samad Consultancy Services. If any worker is found unfit, we will repatriate them at our expense and provide a free replacement.

Our Responsibilities (Long & Short-Term Overseas Contracts)

We source candidates as per your job description, conduct technical trade testing, and keep candidates ready for your approval. We coordinate interview schedules and facilities, receive your delegates at the airport and assist with hotel arrangements, provide medical reports as per the destination country’s standards, and manage required formalities such as emigration clearance, visa stamping, police clearance certificates, and certificate attestations.

We also provide real-time status updates through our Candidate Status Management Software, including automated SMS and scheduled calls—ensuring complete transparency for clients and candidates. Additionally, we orient candidates on the laws of the destination country, ensure timely deployment as per your requirements, and provide full support during embarkation and airport formalities.
